A little somethin somethin for ME

Did any of you hit up the after Christmas clearance sales? 

I went with my mom and sister to Walmart and Target and got WAY too much stuff!!  I am excited though, I collected a bunch of stuff to have an outdoor tree next year.  It is going to be so cute.  I also got all the stocking stuffers I will need for the boys for next year.   That being said I will probably forget I got all the crap I did get and end up buying more stuff come November :)

Check out my sweet wrapping paper supply.  The three on the right are extra pretty and sparkly.  My gifts are going to rock next year dolled up in these!

My bestie got me this darling ring for Christmas.  She knows my color is seafoam green... I go nuts over it.  She is sooo sweet and thoughtful.

I snagged this for myself right before Christmas =)  I think it is my signature scent now ha!  I love it.  When I bought it they threw in a free robe too! SCORE!  Wish you could scratch and sniff the picture.

This is the scarf I was looking at buying from Ruche RIGHT before I headed out to the clearance sales.  I didn't get it unfortunately... spent WAY to much and was feeling extra guilty when I got home :( Maybe a birthday present for myself in a couple months??  So cute right!?  I would love to own something from Ruche!

Sweet New Ride

No , not a car, a bike!  I have had my eye on this baby for months and finally got it. 

It is so perfect. 

I love the "retro" look of it.

West is my riding buddy and he LOVES it.

The bike was found at Walmart and I think they had a couple other cute ones for sale.  I am so happy it is summer time :)

These pretty purses can be really pricey but if you get them at an outlet store you can get a steal of a deal!  I am pretty thrifty too so believe me.  I don't know what it is about these bags and their dang little C's everywhere but I'm hooked.

I think I should unsubscribe to the mailing list so I quit impulse buying!

Prettiest lil' scarf EVER!

 Just popping in to say hello :)

I wore the prettiest scarf today.  I got it at DownEast Outfitters.  I love it so much, can you tell!  It is so ruffly and fun. I highly recommend one.  It makes the perfect spring accessory.

I am tempted to make more for myself now :)

A Few Treasures

I haven’t posted the recent finds from my thrift store treasure hunts lately. I am so in love with thrift store shopping right now, it's crazy. My boys hate going because I take so long. Next time I have to remember to bring more treats. They were both wailing after an hour.

Besides some *stylish* clothes for my boys, seriously I find the cutest shirts for them there including BRAND NEW Batman and Ironman shirts from Old Navy YAY, I found these lovelies over the past few weeks…

I have been on this “vintage and retro” thing lately. I rummage the racks of sheets for old designs. I love the print on the one in this picture. I can’t wait to have a baby girl one day. I plan on making her lots of tops and dresses from these pretties :)

These babies will look quite nice on some fancy headbands.

Oh I am in LOVE with these hankies right now. I have started a collection. I am not really sure what they will be used for but one day they will make something gorgeous! So pretty just the way they are… all delicate and dainty.

Who doesn’t love baby shoes?? Got these for a buck! They are just a Wal-Mart brand but I thought they looked darling… perfect for my niece.

And lastly another of my favorites right now, some darling fabric. I like the pink elephants, a lot :)

My Thrifty Finds

Wow, I seriously hit the jackpot today at the thrift store!

I usually take everything to my moms but she isn’t home today so you get to see! I am sooo excited about all my new treasures!

Fun stuff for West- Jeans $1.50 each, swim trunks $1.50, “Daddy’s Little Squirt” $1 (I have wanted one of these for years!), reversible bucket hat $2 and a Thanksgiving shirt!

I am going to use these as photo props one day ;) West will look so cute in the boat. I got the buggy for $7 and I LOVE it! I need to fix it up but it is too dang cute!

I also grabbed a bunch of crafty things that have tons of possibilities… whooo!!

Fun stuff hu! I have to limit myself to going “thriftin” once a week, it’s sad!

Baby Crib Bedding

I am so excited... I just found (FINALLY) this crib bedding set for West at target.com! I swear everything is my place is from Target... all our bed sets, living room set, 2 different bathroom sets, some kitchen stuff.... seriously, they have the cutest stuff!I think I am going to get some of those canvas things and some paint and make a few pictures to match his new bed set :) We'll see how they turn out, I kinda want to make some for the kids bathroom too. I got this way cute shower curtain for them... ha they don't even need it.. but it was so stinkin adorable I had to get it. Have a lovely Sunday!
