Happy Birthday Hubby

Today is my husbands birthday... 29!! Ha, baby is getting old :) Love you if you are reading this and MUAH!!

I have been soooo busy. We recently moved, I have a screamer for a baby, and I am about 10+ orders behind. There is so much going on that I want to share but there is no time! Hopefully I will be able to have some time to get another giveaway on here, I am a month behind! I will be back! Have a great day :)

Just thought I would post some baby deliciousness real quick… Ryker is gonna wake up from his nap any time now and I promised that he could play on pbskids.org when he woke up :) He is actually really good at the computer, I think it’s cute.
We are all doing perfect. West is getting huge already! He is no longer a newborn; I think he just wants to grow up already. This kiddo is strong. He hasn’t needed support holding up his head for a while now and he loves to stand! I feel so bad because he looks so bored. I think he might be starting to smile for real but I still can’t tell for certain.

I better get somethings done around here! Have a good night :)

This week he has been saying the silliest things!

Examples:

During his prayers- "Thank you for my family. Thank you for Jesus. Thank you for Spider-Man.

When it rained the other day- I'm gonna take my Transformers Cinderella (umbrella).

While I was nursing West- Baby West gonna eat your booby?!

A while ago he threw a blanket over his head and said "Look Mom, I'm Jesus!"

Ha ha, I love my little man! Hope those made you smile :)

Today I am opening up my Etsy shop again :) I am totally excited!! My little West has modeled a few things for the shop......

I also have a few more super cute hats to share, I am just waiting for my professional pictures of them. The flower hat below is one of those. My sweet niece tested this hat for me a couple months ago. This hat is awesome. It is made with white cotton yarn and features a yellow button attached to the hat that the owner can switch out different flowers with... FUN!!

Updates

Wow, I didn't mean for it to take so long to blog again! Hubby has been on vacation for 12 days so we have been out and about :) He just left for work so I have some free time to post some new pics of the family and what we have been up too.

Warren taught Ryker how to ride his little bike! He is doing so good.. I am proud of both my boys! LOTS of time and patience!!

West is growing fast! He gained over a pound and now weighs 8 p0unds 6 ounces! We are starting to see him want to be held more. It's funny he will get fussy when he is sitting alone but the second you pick him up he is fine! I can't believe he has figured that out so fast! Ha ha! He also loves to pee on his daddy almost every time he changes him.

Jordan had to go back to Colorado :( Now I am back to being the only girl in a house of 3 boys... not fair!! I will miss staying up late watching Hannah Montana and all the other Disney shows with her!

The Birth Story

Little West is one week old today! His birthday was AMAZING, I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect delivery. I thought I would share a bit about it… I am very proud of myself :)

At about 1 pm we headed to the hospital so I could get some medication started before the baby came. We sat around in the hospital room for a while… I didn’t have any contractions yet so we were just relaxing, watching TV and waiting. At 5 pm my doctor came and broke my water to get things started and boy did things start! I think it only took about a half hour and contractions were coming and getting closer and stronger every time. I had planned to go drug free but had no idea what I was in for. With my first baby I had an epidural and felt nothing, this time was totally different! Things happened so fast I don’t even think I would have had time to ask for an epidural. I didn’t even have time to pull my hair back—see pictures from my first post about West, I was a mess! My hubby was awesome, he sat by my side the whole time, held my hand and counted me through each contraction (I never want to hear him count to 4 again ha ha!) My doctors and nurses were great as well; they were really laid back and just waited on me. They didn’t even make me put my legs up in those metal things!! Anyway at 7:35 or so I felt that crazy urge to push and less then 10 minutes later I heard Warren say “It’s a boy!” We didn’t even have time to pull out the camera or recorder but I am glad and lucky things went so fast :) After all that craziness we ended up with our perfect little West. The whole pregnancy and birth thing is incredible and I am so blessed to have experienced it twice now!

Wow... I have been so busy... and lazy :)

The baby is due in 11 days!! We are so excited. I think we are ready, I just have a few more things to finish up before he or she comes. I still need to make a hospital hat for it.. something special just for our baby ;)

We went camping the other day. We just got a new four wheeler so we had to take that and test it out! I road on it and tried to shake this kiddo out but I didn't even get a contraction!! My hubby was jumping of cliffs , water skiing and tubing and poor me just sat and got sunburned :( It was kind of nice being prego.. it gave me an excuse to get out of jumping off that cliff--

Check out that belly :) I am praying that this baby is little but now I am getting scared!! I will have to post some more pictures of the baby bump later on. I got a few cute shots the other day that I want to share.

As for the Etsy shop, I am keeping it open for now... I just love making hats for babies!! I promise I will get to the free giveaway soon, probably after the baby is born. I have a few new hats coming out too and I am just waiting for my professional pictures of them before I get them listed. I will definitely be giving one away on this blog ASAP!!
